Singapore, 26 February 2021 - Edge Capital Asset Management Pte. Ltd. ("Edge Capital") has launched its open ended alternative capital Edge Capital Credit Fund SP (Credit Opportunities)(the "Fund") aimed at seizing opportunities presented given the current global economic scenario and the growing funding gap faced by enterprises.

The Fund will provide bridge and short to medium term financing structures to companies that are facing challenges in conventional financing sources. Such funding will be focussed on mainly on listed entities seeking to build their business further and strengthen their capital base. The Fund will be agnostic to sector but evenly weighted across initially Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Other potential geographies include Indonesia, the Philippines and Viet Nam.
The expected returns from the Fund is expected to exceed 15% and the Fund is open to accredited investors only.
